The
Sigma Corporation is pleased to announce that the Sigma 70-200mm
F2.8 EX DG OS HSM, a large aperture telephoto zoom lens has won
the "EISA 2011-2012 European Lens" award.
The EISA (European
Imaging and Sound Association) awards are chosen annually by panels
representing nearly 50 prominent Photo, Video and Audio magazines
from over 18 European countries. All Panels work separately, but
are under contract to the European Imaging & Sound Association.
EISA said of
the lens: “In the 70-200mm F2.8 EX DG OS HSM, Sigma has produced
a telephoto zoom lens that offers professional features and exceptionally
good image quality at a very reasonable price. Even at the maximum

is a perfect choice for both demanding amateurs and professional
photographers.”
The
Sigma Corporation will continue the development of outstanding products
that will answer the wide variety of needs of customers in the future.
