Announced October 1990

Sigma 24-50mm F4-5.6 Ultra-Compact Zoom
This Sigma lens is the smallest of its type and as such sports the designation UC (Ultra Compact). As with other Sigma UC lenses it features Sigma’s famous ZEN finish.
The lens is maufactured with predominantly metal parts for the lens barrel which makes for a strong and durable lens.
Sigma have incorporated their new “N.L.” transmission system which minimises the noise levels of the auto focus versions.
